Currently accepting teen, young adult, and individual clients.

“If we focus only on our child's behavior (her external world) and neglect the reasons behind that behavior (her internal world), then we’ll concentrate only on the symptoms, not the cause that's producing them. And if we consider only the symptoms, we’ll have to keep treating the symptoms over and over again.”

-Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. & Tina Payne Bryson, PH.D.

Navigating adolescence and young adulthood is never easy. School, extra-curricular activities, relationships, and other stressors and trauma can cause changes behaviorally, socially, and emotionally. These changes may look like a student struggling with their behavior at school, a teen struggling with thoughts about self-harm, or a young adult not being interested in activities they would normally participate in.

Having the ability to quickly build a relationship with adolescents and young adults is one of the most important aspects of helping enable and support change. In therapy sessions I use a variety of different therapeutic modalities to help each client reach their full potential. These include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and a variety of mindfulness skills and techniques. On top of these different modalities, I provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment that meets teens and young adults where they are so they can express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

By seeking out help and support you have already taken the first step, and I look forward to helping you continue to reach your goals.
